Fair questions
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Premium features stop. Your memories, albums, stories, people and everything you've shared stay exactly where they are, and you can still download all of it. If you're over the free storage allowance, you just can't add more until you make room.
- Why is AI extra?
- Most of our intelligence runs on our own servers and is free — like finding every photo of Grandma once she's named. Asking questions in plain words and drafting stories uses larger AI models that cost us money every time, so those are part of Premium or a Day Pass.
- Is there a limit on AI use?
- Premium is designed for real family use. In the rare case a family uses far more than anyone else, we'll slow the most expensive features down and let you know — browsing, search and downloads are never affected.
