Why we made this.
Every family has a shoebox. Some of it is on a hard drive now, some in the cloud, some on a phone nobody can unlock anymore. And every family has the one person who knows who's in the pictures — until they don't.
The Times of My Life is a place to gather all of it: the photographs and videos, the voices on old recordings, the stories that go with them. Private, organized, searchable by the names and places your family actually uses. And built so that it can be handed down.
We made one rule before we wrote a line of code: a family should never have to keep paying us to get their memories back. Everything you add, you can take away — free, whole, in files that work without us. We earn our living with things that genuinely help: finding the right photo in seconds, turning an album into a film, gathering every photo from a wedding.
